Year 3 is a year of learning and growth for our children, as they begin their journey through Key Stage 2!  In Year 3, children deepen their understanding of core subjects like English, maths, and science, building on the basics and applying their knowledge in more complex ways. They begin to develop stronger problem-solving skills, work on creative writing, and tackle more detailed mathematical concepts such as multiplication, division, and fractions. This year, subjects like history, geography, and art come to life, as children explore exciting new topics and start to think critically about the world around them.
