SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
Our School Improvement Plan aims to ensure that we are providing a high quality and enjoyable education, which enables all children to achieve their highest potential.
Our golden threads are curriculum, community, communication and consistency:
Curriculum:
- An enriched curriculum with clear and systematic skills and knowledge progression that is delivered through an enabling learning environment
- A consistent approach to writing through Quality First Teaching and targeted interventions ensures accelerated progress and attainment
Community:
- All stakeholders feel a strong sense of community and uphold the EMPS values
Communication:
- Oracy is the golden thread throughout the curriculum that teaches children to talk and learn through talk
- Good communication of information across all stakeholders ensures that all children achieve their full potential taking into account their individual needs
Consistency:
- A consistent approach to the implementation of all school policies ensures that the needs of the whole child are met and allows them to flourish and thrive
